Having previously operated at Senior Vice President level in the Berkshire Hathaway group of companies, Ian's specialties are in contract and commercial negotiations.

Ian has also operated as a Senior Partner in a global Management Consultancy where he led the development of new service lines and primarily worked with blue chip organizations to help them deliver multi-million dollar savings through value management and efficiency techniques.

Ian now brings this experience to the Florida real estate market where he has re-located with his wife and three children to enjoy the lifestyle and amenities that the Gulf Coast offers. Ian has a passion for real estate and small business, and has an enviable track record of closing deals of varying size and complexity.
